Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Axilerate Technologies (“TrainX”, “we”) covering the TrainX mobile app and the trainxapp.com website. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, do not use TrainX.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.

TrainX is a fitness tool. It is not a medical service, and nothing in it — a workout, a meal plan, a calorie target, a coach's message, or anything X-Guru generates — is medical, nutritional or diagnostic advice.

Talk to a doctor before starting or changing how you train or eat, especially if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from illness, or managing a condition. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell while exercising. You train at your own risk.

Coaches on TrainX are independent people, not our employees or agents. We do not verify their qualifications, supervise their programmes, or guarantee their results. Ratings, client counts and the TrainX Approved badge are signals, not endorsements, and the badge says a coach met our internal criteria — nothing more.

Any arrangement between a trainee and a coach — including any payment made outside TrainX — is between the two of them. We are not a party to it and we do not mediate it.

X-Guru is an automated coach built into TrainX. It assembles plans from a fixed library using your goal, the days you train and your food preference. It is not a person, it is not artificial intelligence, and it does not adapt to anything it has not been told. It cannot see an injury, a condition or how a session actually felt. Treat its output as a starting point and use judgement.

The free plan lets a trainee work with one coach and try X-Guru for a week, and lets a coach take up to three clients. TrainX Pro removes those limits.

• Pro costs ₹129 per month, including applicable taxes, and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Payment is taken by our payment provider using the method you authorise.
• You can cancel at any time from your account on this site. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it for a short period before the plan reverts to free.
• If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel instead.

If you bought Pro through the App Store or Google Play, that store handles billing, cancellation and refunds under its own rules, and you manage the subscription there.

Subscriptions are billed for a period that has already begun, so we do not generally give partial refunds for an unused part of a month. If you were charged in error, or something on our side kept you from using what you paid for, write to hello@trainxapp.com within 7 days and we will put it right. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under Indian consumer law.

• Upload anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, sexual, or that is not yours to share.
• Impersonate anyone, or claim credentials or a coaching status you do not have.
• Use TrainX to sell or promote anything unrelated, or to spam other users.
• Attempt to bypass entitlement checks, access another person’s data, probe our systems, or scrape the service.
• Reverse engineer the app or use it to build a competing product.

Coaches also agree to treat client information as confidential and to use it only for coaching that client.

Your photos, messages, logs and profile stay yours. You give us the permission we need to store them, show them to the coaches you have connected with, and back them up — that is all, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for what you upload, and you confirm you have the right to upload it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

TrainX, its name, logo, design, the exercise and meal libraries and the software are ours and stay ours. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app while your account is open.

We aim to keep TrainX running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will refund the unused portion of what you paid for it.

You can close your account at any time from Preferences. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to harm another user, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

TrainX is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, illness, lost data, lost earnings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of TrainX or from your dealings with a coach.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use TrainX after that means you accept the new version.
